In my third chapter of life, I was a college professor (where I learned about sexism) and then an international consultant when I founded The Yarbrough Group that focused on building healthy, inclusive cultures and sustainable change in 36 countries. A key focus was supporting women, helping them build confidence and connection. A core value in all our work has been personal growth to be healthy and successful in any role.
In life's 4th chapter, I have focused on empowerment of women, teaching Leading with Power and Authenticity with daughter Lindsay Y.
