Marlene Schiwy, Ph.D, has been facilitating workshops and retreats for women internationally for almost four decades. She brings a unique blend of Jungian training, scholarly passion, and musical background to all her creative endeavours.
Marlene taught World Literature, Creative Writing, and Women’s Studies in London and New York before returning home to Vancouver, Canada in 2000. She conducted extensive studies with Marion Woodman and at the Jung Institute in Zürich.
Marlene is the author of several books, including A Voice of Her Own: Women and the Journal Writing Journey, and Gypsy Fugue: An Archetypal Memoir. She also created Marion Woodman and the Conscious Feminine, a ten-hour series of filmed interviews with the beloved Jungian analyst and writer.
